Scenario 1

You paid, but the gift card is playing hide-and-seek.

  • The Problem: Your payment went through via Cashfree, the amount was deducted, but the gift card hasn't appeared yet.
  • Our Solution: Just hang tight for a few minutes! If it's still missing, our system automatically flags this. Our team will proactively contact you via email or phone to manually send you the gift card. You don't have to do a thing. ✨
Scenario 2

Gift card is there, but the PIN/Code is missing.

  • The Problem: You can see the gift card, but the all-important voucher code and PIN are blank.
  • Why it Happens: This is usually due to a weak internet connection or a network lag from the bank's side.
  • Our Solution: Again, no panic needed. We'll see the error from our end and reach out to you directly with the complete card details.
Scenario 3

You're redirected back to our page, but the gift card is invisible.

  • The Problem: You finished the payment, landed back on the gift card page, but it's completely empty. Ghosted!
  • Our Solution: You guessed it. Our team gets an alert and we will contact you to help you out and ensure you get what you paid for.

Here's when we can process a refund and when we can't. Total transparency.

  • Shared Subscriptions: You paid for a spot in a shared plan (like Netflix, Spotify, etc.) but didn't receive the invite email from our admin to join the group.
  • Major Payment Errors: Your money was deducted, but you received absolutely nothing in return (no gift card, no subscription, nada). That's on us, and you'll get a full refund.
❌ Sorry, no refunds will be given when:
  • Gift Card is "Processing": If your gift card is in the middle of being generated, we can't cancel and refund it. Please wait for the process to complete.
  • Mobile Recharges: We don't process cash refunds for failed mobile recharges. Instead, our team will manually do the recharge for you for the same plan and number. So, you'll get your recharge, guaranteed.
  • External Brand Deals: When you click a deal that takes you to another app or website (e.g., Myntra, Zomato, Ajio), your transaction is with them. For any returns or refunds, you'll need to follow their policy. We're just the cool deal-finders in that case 🕵️‍♂️
