GenZ Credit Scoring - Privacy

Only with consent:

• Provider aggregates: GitHub, YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, X
• Education inputs: institution, CGPA, NIRF; optional DigiLocker documents

We do not use, sell, transfer, or process provider data for advertising.

Security

Server‑side token handling, least‑privilege access, HTTPS, environment‑based secrets, monitoring, and rapid remediation

Retention & deletion

• YouTube: delete API Data on termination; retain only derived aggregates per terms
• DigiLocker: prefer derived features; delete raw documents promptly after processing
• Local storage: evaluation results saved in your browser for convenience; you can clear anytime

• Google Analytics records the pages you visit. It sets _ga cookies for up to 2 years.
• When you connect GitHub, Instagram, X, YouTube or Twitch, we set a cookie holding that connection's access token: for your browser session (GitHub, Twitch) or up to 24 hours (YouTube, Instagram, X). We keep no copy on our servers. Short-lived helper cookies hold the sign-in state while you connect (and, for X, a security code).
• Disconnecting deletes the cookie but doesn't cancel our access at the provider, and GitHub access never expires on its own. To cancel it, remove GenZ Credit Scoring from the connected apps in your GitHub, Google, Instagram, X or Twitch settings.
• When you connect GitHub, it asks you to give us access to all your repositories, including private ones.
• Your browser keeps your evaluation results and the emails you enter under Partnership Logins; nothing is sent to our servers. You can clear them anytime in your browser settings.
